During the summers of 2021 and 2022, I worked at an engineering consulting company (Evermore Systems) building early prototypes for a startup called Modern Motion. One of the key prototypes I developed was the "package safe" device—a small package locker designed for high-end residential homes.

The device featured a single package entry door and a set of shelves that moved up and down independently. To avoid needing separate servos and power transmissions for each shelf, I created a series of clutch mechanisms that functioned as a mechanical multiplexer. This design allowed me to control multiple shelves using just one servo and screw.
