I am a member of Turtle Robotics (Texas A&M student organization) on sub-team "Germination Bot". We are currently in the process of building the Hydroponic Grow system to the left, which we hope will be able to grow 4 radishes from start to finish without human intervention. This system will be able to maintain water levels, PH levels, Nutrient levels, Humidity (to an extent), and light levels. More information on how Hydroponic Systems work can be seen below.
